About
Darren Rafel
"I feel scared and I don't know why."
"I don't feel like doing anything or talking to anyone today."
"Why am I so anxious?"

When you are suffering with anxiety, depression or other mental health issues these are common thoughts people have. You're definitely not alone and it can also be an indicator that it's the right time for some therapeutic guidance.

I believe in building a positive client-therapist relationship. I take a holistic approach to create a treatment plan based on each client's unique goals and needs. Evidence-based tools such as cognitive behavioral and other therapies can be used to resolve issues from the ground up.

Please inquire for a short consult to see what kinds of therapeutic approaches you might be interested in or would like to have explained; as well as your reasons for seeking therapy. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you!
